AR – 118 Green Anti-Rust (Anti Corrosion Preventive)
Anti-Corrosion Preventive Coating was developed specifically for the protection of
metal mould from corrosion and rust. The formula contained corrosion inhibitors that will
adhere firmly on the metal surface at normal room temperature and will quickly dry to a
waxy coating for rust protection. If spray properly it will not penetrate into the ejector pins
holes to enable clean parts to be ejected out.
AR – 119 Anti-Rust (White / Blue )
AR-119 was developed as a protective agent for metal moulds against rust, moisture and corrosive vapors. The formula contained corrosion inhibitors that will adhere firmly on the metal surface at normal temperature to give a waxy film which forms a barrier against oxidative, acidic and alkali environment.
Formula 700 (Non-Silicone Mould Release)
Non-Silicone Mold Release SL-17 was developed as a non-silicone release agent suitable for precision injection and compression moulding for thermoplastic and some thermoset materials.
Formula 800 Silicone Base (UL Approved Mould Release)
Formula 800 uses a paintable silicone as the release agent. It contained an organomodified polysiloxane and uses a non-CFC propellant. The finished product is CFC free.
